How long has Rutland House Community Trust been serving the community?

We first opened our doors in May 1995, providing 10 individual bedrooms for residents at Willowbrook. We have grown over time and also offer supported living at Waterside Lodge and a flexible domiciliary care service.

What levels of care are offered?

Rutland House Community Trust offers individually designed, quality care that promotes opportunities for the development and self-fulfilment of adults with learning disabilities. We provide residential care delivered according to the individuals assessed needs, a fully flexible domiciliary care service and supported living.

Do you provide medical staff?

At Rutland House Community Trust we do not provide medical staff, however we will support you to access medical services.

Do RHCT include the patient and his or her family members when developing the plan of care?

We offer a full and comprehensive assessment of our service user’s care and support needs and individually tailored support plans are put in place. We encourage and welcome the input of both the service user and their family in making any decisions concerning their plan of care.

What qualifications do your care officers have and is ongoing training required?
