Julie Dawson
Operations Manager
Julie has over 20 years’ experience working in Health and Social Care services. Julie joined RHCT in 2007 as the Registered Manager of Waterside and has been the Operations Manager since 2011. Julie works closely with the Board of Trustees & is responsible for the day to day management of the Trust.

Simon Smith
Residential Manager
Simon joined RHCT in 2022 in the position of the Residential Manager and has over 20 years’ experience working in Health and Social Care services.

Denise Riley
Supported Living Manager
Denise joined RHCT in 2019 and has over 25 years’ experience working in Health and Social Care services. Denise joined the Trust in the position of Senior Carer & is now the Manager of our Supported Living services.

Jess Lindley
Deputy Manager
Jess Lindley joined Rutland House Community Trust in 2019. Initially she came on board in 2015 on Work Experience.
Jess has worked her way up the career ladder from Carer to Senior Carer and is now the Deputy Manager.

Melissa Fraine
Development Co-Ordinator
Melissa joined the Trust in 2020, she has over 20 years’ experience working in Health and Social Care services and over 10 Years’ experience in developing staff knowledge and skills and supporting staff through their qualifications. Her role includes development and maintenance of the reputation of RHCT as a quality training provider. She provides ongoing support to all staff to improve knowledge and skills to ensure a high-quality service is provided through delivery of training and support with qualifications. Melissa is also involved in development opportunities for the Trust.

Karin Delve
Finance Administrator
Karin joined the team in October 2023. Karin is responsible for bookkeeping, payroll and all financial routines. She provides support and assistance to the Operations Manager and other staff. Karin works with the Chair and Treasurer regarding financial records for the Trust.

Louise Docker
Administrator
Louise joined RHCT in 2017. Her role includes providing full confidential administrative support to the Operations Manager, Trustees & RHCT services.
