Supported Living

Rutland House Community Trust runs two, 24 hour a day supported living schemes for adults with learning disabilities. We offer help and support for people with learning disabilities by offering assessments and coordinating care.

We work within legislation and guidance for safeguarding vulnerable adults whilst promoting equality, diversity, choice and independence. This is achieved by our fully trained and experienced team of staff.

Each service user will be provided with an individual development programme and we offer ongoing support to allow access to a variety of external services, including community resources, health care professionals, housing needs, education, employment opportunities, maintaining family links and support to reach identified goals.
